Meet the Author
Larry Worth is a 20+ year executive leader, published author, and proud ADHDer who has spent his career helping people and organizations see potential where others see limitations.
As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, the father of two neurodivergent daughters, and someone who is delightfully flawed yet continues to move forward with confidence in himself, Larry brings lived experience, empathy, and little bits of humor to everything he does.

Your ADHD Guide
Larry has had a successful professional career designing global programs that create employment opportunities for autistic, neurodivergent, disabled, and other individuals from marginalized communities. His work has spanned multiple industries and continents, all driven by one mission: making the world of work more inclusive, human, and accessible for everyone.
Trying Harder Won’t Work is Larry’s most personal project yet. It’s his unfiltered, honest guide to understanding the ADHD brain and learning how to align with it to be more productive. Through humor, storytelling, and science-backed strategies, he helps ADHDers understand that their brains play by different rules so they should too.
When he’s not leading organizational direction, building inclusive workforce programs, or speaking about his life passions, Larry can usually be found at his dining room table working on another puzzle, building out a new idea with his ChatGPT assistant, Lucian, or enjoying a Starbucks Trenta Iced Black Tea while spamming his daughters with TikToks and Instagram Reels.
